You can open an account online through our website in minutes. Visit the Open Account page, select your account type (personal, business, corporate, or institution), complete the application form, and submit your identification documents. Our onboarding team will contact you within 24 hours.
For personal accounts: valid passport or national ID, proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement), and passport photograph. For business accounts: certificate of incorporation, business licence, director identification, and proof of business address.
Visit the internet banking page and click "Register" to set up your online access. You will need your account number and registered phone number to receive a one-time PIN. Once registered, you can log in from any device with internet access.
Immediately freeze your card through the mobile app or internet banking. Then call our 24/7 card support line to report the loss and request a replacement. You are not liable for unauthorised transactions once reported.
